Murray has been raising money in churches and faith based not for profit organizations for more than 12 years.  Prior to joining Navion Financial Development he managed numerous consumer durable companies as the President and General Manager in both Canada and the United States.

He has conducted more than 50 parish planning studies and capital campaigns in that time. Among his many highly successful projects are St. Marguerite d’Youville Roman Catholic parish in Brampton, All Saints Anglican parish in Westboro, St. Peter’s Anglican parish in Cobourg, St. Mary Magdalene parish in Napanee, Precious Blood Roman Catholic parish in Toronto, Christ Church Anglican parish in Stouffville and St. Bonaventure's Roman Catholic parish in Don Mills and St Jude's Roman Catholic parish in Weston. He brings a balance of business acumen with a strong commitment to the success of fundraising campaigns.  Murray is currently conducting a Planning Feasibility Study for the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa.

Murray received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1978 and he obtained his business diploma from the School of Management at the University of Toronto in 1982. Murray completed part-time studies at Trinity College at the University of Toronto graduating with a Masters degree in Theological Studies in 2004.

Murray was Vice President of Church Funding Services at Navion Financial Development from 1999 - 2004 and Director of Development and Public Relations at Regis College from 2004 - 2009. Regis is the Jesuit graduate faculty of theology and founding member of the Toronto School of Theology at the University of Toronto.

Martha Asselin brings a wealth of consulting experience to M & M International Inc. as partner. Martha has, for more than 10 years, consulted for Toyota Canada Inc. and Canadian Pacific Railway on a variety of complex multifaceted projects. In addition, she has been involved in parish fundraising initiatives at Our Lady of Lourdes parish in Toronto, St John the Evangelist parish in Peterborough, St Gertrude’s parish in Oshawa, Little Trinity parish in Toronto, St Anselm’s parish, St John’s parish - Beaches, St Joseph’s parish Scarborough and St Bonaventure parish, Don Mills.

Martha is a graduate of Concordia University in Montreal where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Commerce. Martha is an active volunteer at St. Anselm’s parish in Leaside. Martha is a past board member of Families for a Secure Future, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families with developmentally handicapped children, where she actively fundraised and provided strategic support.

Martha is also a member of the Project Management Institute, with which she has been affiliated over the past seven years.
